Service as It Should Be

In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products, or about how we secure your personal data. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!

Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

Please allow 2-3 order processing and a confirmational email of your order.

Orders are shipped every 3rd week of the month and at your doorstep within in 3-4 working days. Some orders may ship faster or slower depending on proximity 

We ship to all counties. If you live outside Nairobi and want to order high quantity crystal and barware, please let us know. Your feedback will help up expand out shipping regions 

Returns & Exchange

We stand by our products and accept returns for items in new and unused condition in original and packaging purchased on MO Glassware for up to 14 days after you have received the item. We are always available to help with defective items and hear your feedback. 

You may initiate a return by emailing moglassware@gmail.com, please give us 24 hours to respond. Customers pay return shipping for approved returns in new condition in original packaging 

After receiving your item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be deposited. All shipping costs are non-refundable  

Cancellation Policy 

Our Policy

To cancel an order please submit a request from returns and exchange portal within 2 hours of the order being submitted. Within the first two hours of an order being placed, we will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are not guaranteed.

Care and Handling Instructions 

  • With the proper care and handling, your recent purchase can be staple in your celebration for years to come. All products in the description box have instruction of how to clean and care for your product 

  • Always wash your products before their first use

  • Do not put hot items in cold glassware; do not put cold items in hot glassware 

  • Do not pour hot tea, coffee or other items into a cold glassware item or one that has just been rinsed; do not pour cold beverages into glass that is warm from rinsing or a dishwashing cycle 

  • Only expose your glassware itsm to higher or lower temperature when it is already at room temperature 

  • Allow glassware to reach room temperature before washing (by hand washing or in dishwasher)
